You can install the app in your Salesforce environment by Visiting us on Salesforce AppExchange. It is better to try it in sandbox and run testing there and then install the app in production and activate the license by contacting us.

Yes. Absolutely. We offer free 30 days trial in production. On install, by default, you will get the Pro plan in production with most of the features. Feel free to contact us if you want Premium Plan for Trial period. You can use all those features and test it out in production until your trial expires. After trial period, plan will be switched to Free plan. Visit us on Salesforce AppExchange

You can use your Stripe test account API keys to create Payment Account in Lite Pae and use that on end payment forms and you should be good. You can even use your Stripe Test account API keys in your production Salesforce org as well to make sure your form configuration is setup correctly.

You can click on Pricing menu at the top and Choose a Plan and submit the form. One of our team member will contact you to activate your license and payment.

Yes. In order to qualify for a not for profit organization discount, your organization must fulfill the following requirements:

• Your organization must be a qualifying nonprofit and provide proof of its non-profit/charitable status. This could include a 501(c)(3) designation or another qualification of equal status in your country of operation.
• You must provide proof of eligibility to Lite Pae.
• We do not support discrimination of any kind. Your organization must not advocate, support or practice discrimination based on age, gender, ethnicity, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, socioeconomic background, or national origin. We reserve the right to refuse this offer to any organization that does not conform to our anti-discrimination policy.

Note: Not every organization is eligible for the nonprofit discount. We reserve the right to grant or deny access to this offer for any reason as well as to supplement or amend the eligibility guidelines at any time.

Ensure you use the organization's email address or your business email address if you are consultant! Users with email addresses from gmail.com, hotmail.com etc are not eligible for the discount.
Once we've reviewed your application and confirmed your eligibility, you'll be contacted with further information on completing your discounted purchase.
Please allow at least 3 business days for processing. Applications without sufficient eligibility documentation may lead to delays.
Discounts cannot be provided by Lite Pae once the purchase has been completed. Please follow the above steps and wait for approval before finalizing your purchase.
